Grease Interceptors

  • Milos (Miami Beach 2021)

    Resolved a DERM Violation which required an upgrade to the existing Grease Interceptor System. A tight site required a complex design and high water tables made for a unique design.

  • Portofino Condominium (2022)

    Replaced existing system to better serve Condominium Owners in their Beautful Beach Club. Our design also included new infrastructure for an outdoor bar.

  • Old's Havanas (2019)

    Assisted Customer with increasing their seating and in turn the Grease System in order to obtain their Liquor License.
